Are you ready to become a
more mindful eater? 


In just 2 weeks (and under 5 minutes a day), you’ll build the foundational skills of mindful eating.

When eating feels rushed, chaotic, or guilt-laced, it’s hard to feel satisfied — or at peace with food.

With mindful eating, you begin to slow down, trust your body’s cues, savor each bite, and leave meals feeling calm, nourished, and in control.

These are skills you’ll build gently and step by step, through practice and repetition. 

 

Mindful eating skills help you to: 

  • Slow down and eat with more presence
  • Become more aware of hunger and satisfaction cues, without overthinking 
  • Expand your ability to savor food, guilt -free, and feel truly satisfied 
  • Make more empowered choices about what and how to eat (feel more in control!)  
  • Improve digestion
  • Reduce overeating / binge eating / comfort eating
  • Transform negative patterns of eating so you can feel more confident with your choices 
  • Create a healthy relationship to food so you can lose or maintain weight with ease 

In order to become a a mindful eater, you "flex the muscle" until it becomes second nature.

You develop these abilities like any skill: through guidance, practice & repetition.  



How it Works: 

  • Daily practices will help you train your 'mindful eating muscles' - they are simple and focused on the mindful eating basics. 
  • For 14 days,  you'll receive an email with a short (2-3 minute) audio that guides you through the practice for that day.
  • Listen to the audio + develop your mindful eating chops during an activity you already do every day: eat! 
  • If you skip a day, no worries! You can pick it up later and go at your own pace.  
  • By the end of 14 days,  you'll have greater presence and stronger "mindful eating muscles" - and you'll notice the difference in how you eat, think and feel. 
  • You'll walk away with a clear, embodied sense of what it means to eat mindfully - and how to keep it going.
  • These audios will be available for you to keep the practice going or return to anytime.

Who am I?  

I am Meredith Milton, a nutritionist and mindful eating coach. I help women & men find peace with food so they can mindfully thrive as their best selves.

I have a Master’s degree in nutrition; I've conducted and published research on mindfulness and eating behaviors, have extensive mindfulness training and a private practice where I have coached hundreds of women to transform their relationship to food, their bodies and their health. 

I am currently an Intuitive Eater, have freedom with food and love my body but at one point in my journey I was an obsessed dieter and at another point a binge eater – so I've been through it.
