From working with countless clients, I know that struggling with your digestion, weight, energy, cravings, hormones, depression, anxiety and other health issues can make you feel like you aren’t living to your full potential.
I know how important it is for you to feel fulfilled in your own life, your relationships, your career, your hobbies as well as things like being an engaged parent and role-model for those around you. I understand what it’s like to yearn to feel healthy, confident, light in your body and free of these struggles so you can enjoy your life.

By investing in your health, you allow all of the other pieces of your life to fall into place. I know how scary & confusing taking charge of your health can feel, especially if you are trying to do it on your own. It’s easy for self-sabotage and for overwhelm to get in the way.
That’s why I created a series of unique and solution-oriented programs that will help you get the results you desire to see not just in your health but in your life.
What I have found through getting a Master’s degree in nutrition, training in mindfulness, coaching training, in my personal journey of having a personal health transformation and later overcoming binge eating disorder, as well as years working with countless women and men just like you is that in order to succeed, there has to be a specific approach in place that meets you where you are and gives you the tools that will help you create lasting changes.
My approach works because it incorporates multi-faceted, evidence-based systems involving food, nutrition, lifestyle, stress reduction and emotional/spiritual health and it also includes coaching.
Through coaching, I am able to offer you the support, encouragement, accountability, and tools you need to succeed not just in the next few months, but for a lifetime.
Taking a multi-pronged and holistic approach will help you fast-forward in creating the happy, healthy and vibrant life that is yours just waiting to be claimed.
Many of my clients come to me wanting coaching in more than one area. Therefore, once we start our work together and I know more about you, the programs will continue to be specifically tailored to meet your needs to provide comprehensive support.

Programs are bundled into packages ranging from 4-12 sessions, based on where I have seen the best results. Many clients extend coaching beyond the initial package, as our work together evolves.
We meet every week or every other week, either virtually via phone or Zoom (or Skype/Facetime); I also have availability in person at my Seattle office.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length, with the exception of the first session, which is 60-minutes.

If you are a member with one of these companies, please consult them ahead of our appointment to clarify if you have a deductible to meet, a co-pay or co-insurance. If you have insurance through a provider other than those listed above, you may be able to submit a superbill (which I will provide) for re-imbursement; payment will be due at the time of service.
