I work one-on-one with a limited number of women & men who are fully committed to their journey of optimizing thier capacity for health & happiness.
I am currently offering virtual nutrition coaching and mindful eating / intuitive eating coaching. This means you will develop a confident relationship to food where you feel in control while also feeling healthy in your body and comfortable in your skin.
I can help you if:
- Figuring out what to eat FOR YOU feels daunting : you'd love to have some templates and structure for food and meals without being rigid.
- You're ready to stop obsessing about food & your weight & start feeling confident, free and light around food & in your body (through developing mindful eating and intuitive eating skills)
- Your digestion (think: constipation, bloating, gas, IBS) leaves you drained, unable to lose weight, and feeling icky
- Managing your diabetes, PCOS or autoimmune condition is a struggle; you want to find a way to manage it (or potentially reverse it) that doesn’t involve drugs
- You wish you could stop overeating, stress eating, obsessing about food and/or binge eating
- Your anxiety/depression leaves you feel unfulfilled, or like you could do so much more with your life
- You have ADHD and are struggling with your relationship or approach to food and eating and/or could use guidance on optimizing nutrients to support you
- You struggle with cravings, low energy levels, persistent hunger and/or find it difficult to maintain your ideal weight
- You want a functional nutrition approach that considers the root cause (rather than just symptom management) and can involve labs/ testing if desired to direct our protocols together
- You know WHAT to do, but just can't seem to follow through. Therefore, you are open to some life coaching around mindset shifts to help you reach your goals.
From working with hundreds of clients, I know that struggling with your relationship to food and/or your digestion, weight, energy, cravings, hormones, depression, anxiety and other health (mental or physical) issues can make you feel like you aren’t living to your full potential.
I know how emotional eating, stress eating, binge eating, overeating, obsessing and worrying about food can be exhausting.
I know how important it is for you to feel fulfilled in your own life, your relationships, your career, your hobbies as well as things like being an engaged parent and role-model for those around you.
I understand what it’s like to yearn to feel feel healthy, confident, light in your body and free of these struggles so you can enjoy your life.
While it might feel overwhelming or impossible, I am here to tell you: There ARE solutions!! It IS Possible!
Whether these struggles have been short-lived or you’ve been struggling for a long time, maybe even so long that it’s become your new “normal”- there IS a way to find peace and harmony in your relationship to food, heal your body, and feel radiantly healthy and alive, so that you can thrive.
Your health is the foundation of everything (by health I mean physical/emotional/mental/spiritual - they are all connected). By investing in your health, you allow all of the other pieces of your life to fall into place. I know how scary & confusing taking charge of your health and your relationship to food can feel, especially if you are trying to do it on your own.
It’s easy for self-sabotage and for overwhelm to get in the way.
That’s why I created unique and solution-oriented programs that will help you get the results you desire to see not just in your health but in your life.
What I have found through getting a Master’s degree in nutrition, publishing research, training in mindfulness, coaching training, in my personal journey of having a health transformation and later overcoming binge eating, as well as years working with hundreds of women and men just like you is that in order to succeed, there has to be a specific approach in place that meets you where you are and gives you the tools that will help you create lasting changes. Through coaching, I am able to offer you the support, encouragement, accountability, and tools you need to succeed not just in the next few months, but for a lifetime.
